The analysis of our products

It took for 10years to compleate and develop this product.This has interesting and effective chemical and physical,mechanical and technological property.And,it has been substantiated in Politecnico di Milano,Registro Navale Italiano and our laboratory and documented.
At Politecnico di Milano,the following tests has been done.

The thermogravimetric test with the analysis of infrared spectrometric,in accordance with ASTM E 2105/00

The analysis to identify the index of toxity gas which is issued at high temperature in accordance with CEI 20-37/4-0:2006;

This product is tested and verified in Politectico di Milano classification N° 132/10 in accordance with the following regolations and norm EN 13501-1:2007;EN-ISO 11925-2:2002

The analyzer of thermal conductivity at high temperature

In our labolatory,until get the constant standard quality we equipped with this analyzer.And,we carried it out on the sample of every our ceramic form ASTM E 2584:2010.
And also,we can offer the free analysis of thermal conductivity of your material’s insulation(20°C-1000°C) to compare with our ceramic foam Zircofoam.Because these datas are not always the realistic ones in the material technical sheets.
The test of thermal shock

Until get the constant standard quality of our formulation we are used to set some tests like thermal conductibity, compression, resistence at high temperature.
We are making the test of thermal shock with an equipment which is possible to put the sample to raise temperature suddenly.And,we record the difference between hot surface and cold surface.
This test was done with the sample with 1010°C for 30 minutes.
To compare performances,we used three different materials.
The result shows the proof of the difference between rockwool, Zircofoam ceramicfoam and Zircofoam aggregate granule.
After 30minutes that the hot surface reached at 1000°C ,the cold surface gets this temperaure :
Rock wool 143°C,Zircofoam ceramicfoam 50°C,Zircofoam aggregate granule 70°C.

Indication for the choice of thickness correctry

We indicated some examples of insulation with the stability temperature in the normal environment(20°C in still air) at 12 hours later
We provide the approximate data which has reference to that.
It’s easy to make you understand that own apprication is necessary depending on thickness.
